Cafec designs and produces the most advanced filter papers for manual coffee brewing.
Cafec paper uses their “Two-Side Crepe” design, an original papermaking technology (Air-through dry) developed in-house.
Thanks to the ideal balance of the height of the crepe on both sides of the paper, it can keep a layer of air in-between the paper and the dripper so that water can flow at an ideal speed, offering a balanced extraction of the flavour.
