The outer part is called the Outer Loop, it holds the water during extraction.
Through the holes in the central Flow Tower, water reaches the coffee.

To assemble the 3 parts of Hoop together simply insert the paper filter (compatible with AeroPress filters too) into the Outer Loop and secure the Flow Tower to the Outer Loop and here you go!
