Coffee Origins
We are pretty excited about the fact that our decaf is from our long-term partners in Guatemala, Primavera Coffee! The coffee underwent the organic CO2 processing method which uses liquid CO2 to draw the caffeine out of the green coffee.
This coffee comes from a single farm, Lomas Altas which is at 1500masl.
Decaf is usually low quality and roasted badly because, “no one cares about decaf”… well we do! Our decaf is a specialty lot that was processed to preserve flavour and is roasted to bring out its best qualities. We care about decaf!!

From a caffeine-sensitive coffee snob, I love it. Would love to see some more decaf options in future.

Single origins: Our roast style and green coffee preference suits both filter and espresso very well.
Each coffee with present different characteristics you may prefer through a specific brew method.
For example Dario loves washed Kenyan’s through the AeroPress, but they taste great as espresso and through the V60.
Blends: Designed with espresso in mind but Dreamer tastes great in the plunger. It’s all down to personal preference!
Major centres, 2-3 days. Outlying 2-5 days depending on how far out-of-the-way the location is.
