Welcome to Christmas in the Southern Hemisphere, the No Snow Zone. A tropical blend, perfect for a warm summer morning with the fam 🎄. Roasted lighter than our other blends to be more fruit-forward and progressive. Suitable for filter and espresso.
The two coffees in this blend are the Delagua Anaerobic Natural and Cyesha Honey. With flavour notes of blood orange, maraschino cherry, plum and dark chocolate, the Colombian Delagua Natural is the perfect coffee to top this Christmas blend. A little bit of festive luxury but also fun!
We have included the Cyesha Honey to provide a sweet, balanced base for the Delagua to play off of. Peach, molasses and orange. Together these coffees produce the perfect holiday blend! 🎄

Single origins: Our roast style and green coffee preference suits both filter and espresso very well.
Each coffee with present different characteristics you may prefer through a specific brew method.
For example Dario loves washed Kenyan’s through the AeroPress, but they taste great as espresso and through the V60.
Blends: Designed with espresso in mind but Dreamer tastes great in the plunger. It’s all down to personal preference!
Major centres, 2-3 days. Outlying 2-5 days depending on how far out-of-the-way the location is.
