Shipping
South Africa
- We work with BobGo for local deliveries. Their service providers include FastWay, Internet Express, Ram and a few others.
- Depending on location, delivery can be as soon as over night but in outlying areas it can take as long as 4 working days.
International
- All international orders ship with FedEX, DHL or UPS depending on your location.
- We ship every Tuesday and Thursday.
- All pricing is shown in USD.
- Orders under USD150 will ship at a flat rate of USD29.
- Orders over USD150 ship for free.
- Final prices exclude VAT.
- Please ensure you are aware of your local customs requirements as VAT, duties and clearing costs are for you account.
- Shipping times range from 7-20 days. All bags are nitrogen flushed to extend shelf life. Our coffees are best after 2-3 weeks 🙂
Buying Coffee
- All information about our coffees is available on our website.
- While we always suggest grinding fresh, we do offer whole bean as well as various grind options.
- All ground coffee options are ground on our Mahlkonig EK43 at the grind size we deem to be best for the brew method. Please note that grinding accurately for your particular espresso machine is close to impossible.
- As coffee is a perishable product, we do not accept returns. Please contact us if you are struggling to extract the coffees and we will try our best to guide you.
Buying Merchandise
- We are a roastery and not an online clothing store, so please check sizing carefully before ordering as we will accept unused returns within 14 days but the return shipping cost we be for the customers account.
- Any refund will happen once we have confirmed that the item returned is in resell-able condition.
