Buying Coffee
- All information about our coffees is available on our website.
- While we always suggest grinding fresh, we do offer whole bean as well as various grind options.
- All ground coffee options are ground on our Mahlkonig EK43 at the grind size we deem to be best for the brew method. Please note that grinding accurately for your particular espresso machine is close to impossible.
- All coffee shipped will be within 8 days of roasting.
- As coffee is a perishable product, we do not accept returns. Please contact us if you are struggling to extract the coffees and we will try our best to guide you.
Buying Merchandise
- We are a roastery and not an online clothing store, so please check sizing carefully before ordering as we will accept unused returns within 14 days but the return shipping cost we be for the customers account.
- Any refund will happen once we have confirmed that the item returned is in resell-able condition.
Shipping
- We work with The Courier Guy and FastWay for local deliveries.
- Depending on location, delivery can be as soon as over night but in outlying areas it can take as long as 4 working days.
