The Fellow Farms Project began in 2022 when the Inmaculada Coffee team sat down with coffee farmers in their area to talk about their current difficulties. The farmers described their declining yields due to climate change.
From here, a project was launched whereby Inmaculada would buy small batches of cherry at an increased price from these farmers and process them in their world-class facilities to produce coffees that could be sold on the specialty coffee market.This meant the farmer’s coffees could ultimately fetch a higher price and their standard of living would increase. This is know as the Fellow Farms Project
Today, they work with farmers that span over 60 hectares of land in the Tambo,Piendamó and Caldono regions. This coffee is balanced and tasty. It has flavour notes of strawberry, nectarine and lime. Grab a bag today!

Single origins: Our roast style and green coffee preference suits both filter and espresso very well.
Each coffee with present different characteristics you may prefer through a specific brew method.
For example Dario loves washed Kenyan’s through the AeroPress, but they taste great as espresso and through the V60.
Blends: Designed with espresso in mind but Dreamer tastes great in the plunger. It’s all down to personal preference!
