This blend offers a lower acidity and traditionally darker flavour notes of coffee, like milk chocolate. Designed to be a less acidic and richer alternative to our esteemed Friendly Blend, this coffee achieves the flavours through a careful selection of green coffees, rather than the roast degree.
Roasted to standard through our in-house developed roast profiles and techniques, this incredible blend will suit the coffee drinker who is looking for consistency and a traditionally sweet and comforting cup month-over-month. The State of Mind blend shines as an espresso, and delivers great results from the bean-to-cup machine at home to the professional-grade machine in cafés.

Each coffee with present different characteristics you may prefer through a specific brew method.
For example Dario loves washed Kenyan’s through the AeroPress, but they taste great as espresso and through the V60.
Blends: Designed with espresso in mind but Dreamer tastes great in the plunger. It’s all down to personal preference!
