Third Wave Water Mineral Sticks

Looking for the perfect water to brew your coffee? You finally found it. 

The Classic Light Roast Profile is optimized for light roast coffees. It is recommended for traditional drip coffee brewers (Moka Master, Ratio etc.) or any manual brewing method (AeroPress, chemex, V60, etc.) providing brighter, cleaner flavors and higher acidity.

This profile is one of several of Third Wave Water’s that meet the Specialty Coffee Association’s (SCA) guidelines for improved flavour for coffee.

Ingredients:

• Magnesium Sulfate
• Calcium Citrate
• Sodium Chloride

Just add one stick to distilled or RO (Reverse Osmosis) water, shake, and use to brew your favourite coffee. Your coffee has never tasted so good!

Choose from two sizes:

• 2 Litre stick – makes 2 litres total
• Box of 20 sticks – makes 40 litres total – some people prefer half the minerals so this is a good choice for ‘softer’ water to add to 1 gallon of water. Experiment to discover your preferences today.
